We understand that each love story is unique, which is why we offer custom wedding stationery services to our wildly-in-love couples.


Our Bespoke Approach

To guarantee that all the important details are taken care of, custom wedding clients will be invited to a complimentary phone consultation. During this call, we will discuss your wedding vision and inspiration, our design process, and the production timeline more in-depth to ensure that you are fully-guided all throughout.

LIMITED SPOTS: As we work closely with all our clients, we take 8-10 custom wedding stationery projects annually. Once we get to know you and narrow down the ultimate must-have elements in your wedding suite, we will build a package tailored to your love story.

TIMELINE: We encourage booking at least 9 months prior to your wedding date to secure a spot in our production calendar. Estimated turnaround time for Bespoke Suites is 8-10 weeks from booking to completion.

INVESTMENT: We recommend a starting budget of CA$5,000 for custom invitation clients; CA$7,000 if also ordering day-of stationery. This allows us to source the best options for specialty materials, printing methods, and unique embellishments for your dream wedding paper.

Our Custom Design Process

  • REQUEST A QUOTE – We will be in touch with a custom proposal for your bespoke wedding invitations and day-of stationery.
  • If we are a great fit, you can expect a response from us with an invitation to a complimentary phone consultation. During this call, we will get to know you better, discuss your ultimate stationery must-haves, and how we can assist with your overall vision for your wedding paper.
  • After our consultation, we will follow-up with proposal detailing the the custom pricing estimates and detailing our project timeline. Once you have accepted the proposal and are ready to move forward with us, we will send over your Client Portal where you can approve the quote proposal, review & sign the contract, and submit the booking deposit.
  • Upon booking, we will put together a design mood board based on your stationery wants and needs. This is where we collect and narrow down your palette, paper type and print method, and some wording. Once you’ve signed off on those elements, the fun part begins!
  • Based on previous discussions, we will be proposing a couple of initial design concepts for your invitations. From this proposal, we will then refine your chosen concept, which includes revisions pertaining to the overall design and any necessary changes to the wording and minor layout edits.
  • Wording for the stationery pieces will be totally up to you, but we will send you a form regarding the content of your invitation pieces as your guide. All the necessary wording and information are due before we begin any design work for your wedding paper.
  • When you’ve signed off the final design proof, we move your order to production.
  • At this stage, kindly confirm any and all quantities before we proceed to production. Should quantities change throughout the process, this will be reflected on the invoice. However, when your order has gone to print, we are unable to reduce the quantity of your order.
  • We are pleased to offer all design and letterpress printing services in-house. To ensure the highest quality of your invites, we do not provide print-ready digital files for invitation suites.
  • The final invoice, including any adjus
  • We will add the final touches to your order to personalize them even further. We include handwritten calligraphy guest addressing, wax seals, your chosen embellishments, and complimentary envelope stuffing to all our bespoke clients.
  • Depending on the quantity of your suites, please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all the necessary add-ons to your suites.
  • Once your order has been packed up, we will send you any remaining balance which is due prior to shipping out your order.
  • When you have received your order, we encourage you to check your stationery one last time before mailing them out to your guests. We would like for you to send us any constructive feedback or a great review, so we know that you love your order as much as we enjoyed creating your special pieces for you! :)
