DESIGN PROCESS

Once we’ve received your order, we will be in touch with an intake questionnaire to collect any necessary information for your invitation suite.

We will then create an initial design proof based on the information you provide us. From there, your Semi-Custom Collection order includes up to two complimentary rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at CA$200 per round and are due before your order goes to production.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Design Phase: 3 weeks

Printing and Production Phase: 2-3 weeks

Assembly Phase: 1-2 weeks

Kindly note that these are ideal lead times for each phase. We encourage you to respond, review, and approve design proofs within 1-3 business days to stay on schedule. Timeline may vary depending on quantity, availability, communication time, design revisions, etc.

All our semi-custom collections include letterpress printing, return addressing on envelopes, and two complimentary keepsake suites.

Our semi-custom collections are available in different packages to suit your invitation needs. After making your selections, you may wish to add embellishments, and pay in full upon check out. Once we receive your order, we will get in touch via e-mail within 2-3 business days to collect any necessary information to include on your invitation suite.
